New Delhi: State-owned Petronet LNG in a regulatory filing said that "Board of Directors have approved extension of tenure of Vinod Kumar Mishra (DIN: 08125144) as Director (Finance), the whole-time Key Managerial Personnel and Chief Financial Officer, for a further period of two years with effect from April 18."
Mishra is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He holds a degree in MBA (Finance) and Law as well. He possesses a rich experience of about three decades in the area of corporate finance, Direct and Indirect taxes, treasury Management, etc. Mishra had assumed the charge of Director (Finance) at Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) on April 18, 2018. Prior to joining PLL, he was Chief General Manager (Finance) at GAIL (India) Limited. He has held the position of Director in GAIL Global USA, INC, Houston (USA), a wholly subsidiary company of GAIL (India) Limited.
