Arshi Ahmad appointed as CFO of HUDCO

Arshi Ahmad Ali, who was serving as Executive Director (Finance) in HUDCO has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the organisation

New Delhi: Arshi Ahmad Ali has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of state-run Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), after a board meeting held on December 19. Prior to this, she was serving as Executive Director (Finance) in the same organisation.

"She will serve as CFO of the Company (HUDCO) until the regular incumbent assumes the charge of Director (Finance)," the company said in a regulatory filing to BSE.

Ali, holds a Master's in Business Administration. She has around 34 years of wide experience in Finance Department of HUDCO at various levels.

D Guhan was recommended for Director (Finance) HUDCO

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel had recommended the name of D Guhan, who is currently serving as Executive Director (Finance) in the same organisation, for the post of Director (Finance) on September 5. D Guhan is based out of Bengaluru office. Ali will be serving as CFO of the Company until D Guhan assumes the charge of Director (Finance).
