BEE is looking to hire sector experts (Technical); apply before Jan 31

BEE Recruitment 2022: Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), is a statutory body under the Ministry of Power, has posted a job notification for the engagement of full-time/ part-time sector experts and consultants. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the job before Jan 31.

In a job notification issued on January 11, BEE said, "It intends to hire purely on contract Full Time Sector Experts, Part-Time Sector Experts and Consultants to provide technical support."

The engagement under BEE Projects shall be for a period of one year which is extendable subject to satisfactory performance of the individual and future requirements of the project.

Last date to apply: January 31

Applications are invited from Indian nationals for hiring Full-Time Sector Experts, Part-Time Sector Experts and Consultants for following sectors on a contract basis initially for a period of one year on monthly remuneration given as under:

Age Limit: Maximum age limit should be up-to 40 years in respect of Full-Time Sector Experts; and not more than 64 years in respect of Part-Time Sector Expert and Consultants as of December 1, 2021.

Educational qualification required:

Bachelors in Engineering or Economics or Finance or Business or respective area of operation.

Postgraduate in Business Administration or Commerce or Finance or M.Sc. or MA in Economics with Finance as a subject. Climate Change or Carbon Finance or Sustainability or Environment or Energy Efficiency knowledge will be given preference.

Experience required:

Full-time sector experts should have at least five years of post-qualification industry experience in the sector applying for. Persons having previous experience in the area of energy efficiency or PAT related activities will be preferred. BEE Certified Energy Auditor or Manager will also be given preference.

Part-Time Sector Experts should have at least 15 years of post-qualification industry experience in the sector applying for. Persons having previous experience in energy efficiency and its conservation or PAT related activities will be preferred.

Consultants should have at least 25 years of sectoral experience and have held suitable positions in plant-level not less than that of AGM or GM of PSU or equivalent positions in Govt. Department or CPSU or organisation.
