New Delhi: The Bengaluru Complex of Navratna Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will celebrate the 66th Karnataka Rajyothsava on November 27 in a grand way, yet adhering to COVID-19 guidelines.
The celebrations will begin with a flag hoisting ceremony by BEL's General Manager (HR) RP Mohan followed by the inauguration of various exhibition stalls by BEL's Executive Director (Missile Systems) Srinivasan R in the presence of senior executives, Trade Union leaders and employees.
In the evening, a cultural programme, “Kannada Kavi Namana," will be organised at the Rashtrakavi Kuvempu Kalakshetra at BEL-Bengaluru. Additional Chief Secretary and Commissioner of Development, Government of Karnataka Dr Chiranjeevi Singh (IAS, Retd) will grace the occasion as chief guest. BEL Director (Bengaluru Complex) Vinay Kumar Katyal will preside over the function. BEL Karnataka Karmikara Hitarakshaka Samiti's President Prof S G Siddaramaiah will also grace the occasion.
A blood donation camp by the Indian Red Cross Society and an eye donation camp is also being organised on this occasion.
