Blast Furnace 1 of RINL VSP records its best daily production capacity

New Delhi: Blast furnace-1 (Godavari) collective of RINL Visakhapatnam Steel Plant achieved a record hot metal production of 8100 tonnes on January 15, said the Steel Ministry in a statement. It added that it was the best daily production by BF-1, since its inception.

"The previous best daily production of 8019 tonnes was achieved from Blast Furnace-1 on February 18, 2022," said the statement. Atul Bhatt, CMD, RINL congratulated RINL collective for achieving the record production, it added.
