New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved a series of appointments at the Joint Secretary (JS) or equivalent level across multiple ministries and departments of the Government of India. These appointments come with pay at Level 14 of the Pay Matrix and involve key leadership roles in various government sectors.

Muktanand Agarwal, IAS (RJ:2008), appointed as CEO (JS level), Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY), Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, for a tenure up to November 6, 2027.

Prajakta L Verma, IAS (MH:2001), appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, for a tenure up to March 23, 2027.
