
New Delhi: The Central Government has announced the appointment of four officers to key positions in the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday. As per four separate orders issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), these officers have been selected under the Central Staffing Scheme for their new roles in the NTA. Here is the full list:
Amit Kumar (ISupplyS) has been appointed as Joint Director (Deputy Secretary Level) in the NTA. His tenure will last for four years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Kumar is an Indian Supply Service (ISupplyS) officer of the 2014 batch. He was recommended for the Central deputation by the Department of Commerce.
Sandip Kumar Mishra (IRS-IT) has been appointed as Director in the NTA. His appointment is for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders. Mishra is an Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) officer of the 2007 batch. He was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Revenue.
Archana Shukla (ISS) has been appointed as Joint Director (Deputy Secretary Level) in the NTA. Her tenure will span four years or until further orders. Shukla is an Indian Statistical Service officer from the 2013 batch. She was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.
Shivani (IRPS) been appointed as Joint Director (Deputy Secretary Level) in the NTA. She will serve for a period of four years or until further orders. Shivani is an Indian Railways Personnel Service officer from the 2013 batch. She was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Railways.
All the officers have been directed to assume their new roles promptly. The Ministry has also issued instructions for their immediate relief from current duties to ensure a smooth transition to their new assignments.
