New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of number of officers at Joint Secretary/Joint Secretary equivalent-level on Monday. Here is the full list of newly appointed officers:

Garima Srivastava (IRPS) has been appointed as Secretary of Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board under the Department of Agricultural Research & Education. She has been appointed to the post for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Garima is a 1999-batch Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.

P Hemalatha (IAS) has been appointed as Development Commissioner of Cochin Special Economic Zone, Cochin under the Department of Commerce. She has been appointed to the post in place of DV Swamy (IAS) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by upgrading the post from Director level to Joint Secretary level, initially for two years.

Palka Sahni (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Food & Public Distribution. Sahni is a 2004-batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre. She has been appointed to the post in place of TJ Kavitha (IFoS) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Aradhana Patnaik (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Aradhana is a 1998-batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre. She has been appointed to the post in place of Alok Saxena (IPoS) for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Mukta Shekhar (IRAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Heavy Industries. She has been appointed to the post in place of Amit Mehta (IOFS) from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Anil Subramaniam (CSS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). He has been appointed to the post in place of Manish Tiwari (IRTS) for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Kamal Kishore Soan (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment. Soan a 1998-batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre. He has been appointed to the post in place of Nandita Gupta (IAS) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Nitin Kumar Shivdas Khade (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Land Resources. Khade is a 2004-batch IAS officer of Assam cadre. He has been appointed to the post in place of Umakant (IFoS) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Vinodkumar Nanukuttan (IPoS) appointed as Chairperson of Mormugao Port Authority, Goa under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways. Nanukuttan has been appointed to the post in place of E Ramesh Kumar for a period with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure up-to his superannuation on May 31, 2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

While, the appointment of Pankaj Krishnarao Uke (IRTS) to the post vide DoPT Order No. 01/01/2021-EO(SM-l) dated 09/01/2023 is cancelled.

Himani Pande (IAS) appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. Pande is a 1998-batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre. She has been appointed to the post in place of Rajendra Ratnoo (IAS) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Tanuja Thakur Khalkho (IRAS) appointed as Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Rural Development. She has been appointed to the post with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post for a tenure up to her superannuation on May 30, 2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Amarpreet Duggal (IPoS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy. She has been appointed to the post in place of Santosh Kumar Yadav (IAS) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
