Meena Bisht (IA&AS) appointed Director in Department of School Education & Literacy

New Delhi: Meena Bisht (IA&AS) has been appointed as Director in the Department of School Education & Literacy under the Central Staffing Scheme. She is an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2012-batch and presently posted as Director (Training and Research) in the International Centre for Environment Audit and Sustainable Development (iCED).

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on July 21, Bisht, who was recommended for Central deputation by the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, has been appointed for a tenure of five years from the date of assuming charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
