
New Delhi: Mudit Srivastava, an Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) officer of the 2008 batch, has been selected for appointment as Internal Financial Adviser (Director level) in the Heavy Water Board, Mumbai. This appointment falls under the Department of Atomic Energy and has been made under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Srivastava's selection for Central deputation was recommended by the Department of Revenue. His tenure as Internal Financial Adviser will extend for a period of five years from the date he assumes charge of the position or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
According to the DoPT order, he has been instructed to take up his new assignment in the Heavy Water Board, Mumbai at the earliest.
The Heavy Water Board is a critical arm of India’s Department of Atomic Energy, playing a significant role in the country’s nuclear energy program.
