Preeti Yadav (IAS) appointed GM (Region) at FCI Panchkula on deputation

New Delhi: Preeti Yadav, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 2014 batch (Punjab cadre), has been appointed as General Manager (Region) at the Food Corporation of India, Regional Office, Panchkula, on deputation basis. Prior to this, she was serving as Managing Director of MARKFED.

The appointment, cleared by the Competent Authority, has been made under the Department of Food and Public Distribution as part of the Central Staffing Scheme. The post is at the Deputy Secretary/Director level.

According to the order, Yadav will serve in the role for a period of three years with effect from August 21, 2026, or from the date of assuming charge, whichever is later, or until further orders.
