Sandeep Dabur (IA&AS) appointed Joint Development Commissioner in MSME Ministry

New Delhi: Sandeep Dabur (IA&AS) has been appointed as Joint Development Commissioner (Deputy Secretary level) in the Office of the Development Commissioner under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Dabur, an Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) officer of the 2014 batch, was recommended for central deputation by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. His appointment has been made under the Central Staffing Scheme for a tenure of four years from the date of assuming charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

He has been directed to be relieved of his current duties immediately to take up his new assignment in New Delhi. As per DoPT guidelines, he is required to join within three weeks of the appointment order, failing which debarment proceedings under the Central Staffing Scheme may be initiated.
