Sudhansh Pant (IAS) given additional charge as Secretary of Department of Divyangjan

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) to Sudhansh Pant (IAS.

Pant is a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Rajasthan cadre. Currently, he is serving as the Secretary at the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Previously, he has held as the Chief Secretary of Rajasthan

According to an official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), will hold the additional charge from January 12 to January 20, 2026.

The arrangement has been made during the period of leave of V Vidyavathi (IAS), who is the regular incumbent of the post.
