New Delhi: In a major bureaucratic-level reshuffle, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointments of as many as 19 officers at Joint Secretary/ Joint Secretary equivalent level on Friday. Here is the full list of newly appointed officers:

Padam Lal Negi (IDAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Negi is a 1992-batch Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) officer. He has been appointed to the post in place of Vimalendra Anand Patwardhan (IA&AS) for a period with effect from the assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of superannuation on November 30, 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Sanjeev Kumar Kassi (CPES) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Coal. Kassi has been appointed to the post in place of Shyam Bhagat Negi (IPS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Gangadhar Panda (IRS) has been appointed as Additional DGFT in the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce. He has been appointed to the post in place of Suman Sharma (IRS) with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure up to the date of superannuation on May 31, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Jitendra Srivastava (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation. Srivastava is a 2000-batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre. He has been appointed to the post in place of MK Sahoo (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

K Manicka Raj (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs under the Ministry of Finance. He has been appointed to the post in place of Hanish Chhabra (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Preet Pal Singh (IFoS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. Singh is a 2000-batch Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of the AGMUT cadre. He has been appointed to the post in place of Manoj Joshi (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Rina Sonowal Kouli (IIS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Higher Education. She has been appointed to the post in place of Kamini Chauhan Ratan (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Lokhande Prashant Sitaram (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Sitaram is a 2001-batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre. He has been appointed to the post in place of Sudhesh K Shahi (CSS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Chittaranjan Dash (IRS) has been appointed as Principal Commissioner of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Dash is a 1999-batch IRS officer. He has been appointed to the post in place of Rajesh Kumar (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ravi Shankar (IDES) has been appointed as Principal Commissioner of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Shankar is an Indian Defence Estates Service (IDES) officer of the 1998 batch. He has been appointed to the post in place of Manish Kumar Gupta (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Deepika Kachhal (IIS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Labour & Employment. She has been appointed to the post in place of Kalpana Rajsinghot (IPoS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Manish Kumar Kanojia (IRS) has been appointed as Financial Advisor in KVIC under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises. Kanojia is a 1998-batch IRS officer. He has been appointed to the post in place of Ashima Gupta (IRS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Surender Mehra (IFoS) has been appointed as Adviser in NITI Aayog. Mehra is a 1999-batch IFoS officer. He has been appointed to the post in place of Alok Kumar (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a combined tenure of seven years up to February 4, 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Sanjiv (IRS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). Sanjiv is an IRS officer of the 1993-batch. He has been appointed to the post in place of Sumita Dawra (IAS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Lucas Laiconsing Kamsuan (CSS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Public Enterprises. He has been appointed to the post in place of Rajesh Kumar Chaudhry (IFoS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Anshu Manish Khalkho (IDAS) has been appointed as Director (A&F) of National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. Khalkho is an IDAS officer of 1994 batch. He has been appointed to the post in place of Manoj Sahay (IA&AS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

A Dhanalakshmi (CSS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Science & Technology. He has been appointed to the post in place of Anju Bhalla (CSS) for a period from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Mebanshailang R Synrem (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, with an additional charge of the post of Additional DG (Tourism). He has been appointed to the post in place of Rupinder Brar (IRS) for a period with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Preetam B Yashvant (IAS) has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Women & Child Development. Yashvant is a 2003-batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He has been appointed to the post with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
