New Delhi: 103 students coached under OIL Super 30, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of Oil India Limited (OIL), cleared JEE (Advanced) Exam 2021 for admission into the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and other prestigious institutions in the country. A total of 169 students were coached under OIL Super 30 for JEE, all 169 cleared JEE (Mains), while 166 students appeared for JEE (Advanced) of which 103 cleared it. Narendra Singh, a student of Oil India Super 30, Jodhpur got AIR (CRL)-444 in JEE (Advanced).

What is Oil India Super 30?

OIL Super 30 is a CSR programme of OIL, India's second-largest national exploration & production company, under which 11 months of free residential coaching for JEE/Engineering and Medical exam is given to meritorious students from economically weaker sections. The OIL Super 30 centres are currently run in Guwahati, Nagaon, Dibrugarh and Jorhat in Assam, Itanagar in Arunachal and Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

Jorhat centre in Assam also coach students for NEET/Medical entrance exams. The project has helped students fulfil their dreams of getting admission in prestigious engineering institutes like IITs, ISRO, NITs, State Engineering colleges, etc. and in leading medical institutes across the country.
