Dear Passenger, Your Grievances Will Be Addressed By AirSewa SmartBots Now

With launch of upgraded version of web portal and mobile app version of AirSewa, Government claims faster resolution of travellers’ grievances and enhanced personalised experience New Delhi: Flying experience has just been upgraded to a never before experience with AirSewa 2.0 app, said Civil Aviation Minister Suresh rabhu who launched upgrade version of AirSewa here in the capital. AirSewa has been upgraded with a number of new and enhanced features. SmartBots solving air travel related grievances is a new addition. Besides, passengers can have access to real-time flight status and schedule for both domestic and international flights, according to the Civil Aviation Ministry. AirSewa 2.0, the upgraded version of the web portal and mobile app, provides chatbot support for faster resolution and personalised traveller experience. Also, passengers can sign up using their Facebook and Google accounts.

2 years ago in November 2016 AirSewa app and portal version was launched. Speaking about experience of past 24 months Jayant Sinha, MoS, Ministry of Civial Aviation said “Around 12,000 complaints have been dealt with through AirSewa, It is very very scalable and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven”. Along with grievances, the application registers air travellers’ feedback also. Basic grievances are resolved through smartbots or chatbots. Smartbots are intuitive software that can have a conversation with human based on artificial intelligence through an audio or text message.
