Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra (Retd.) appointed 1st CEO of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust

New Delhi: Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra (Retd.), former Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Air Force’s Western Air Command, has been appointed as the first Chief Executive Officer of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, marking a move towards a more structured and professional administration of the Ram Mandir.

A fighter pilot with more than 3,000 hours of flying experience, Mishra served in the Indian Air Force for nearly four decades. He took over as Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Air Command in January 2025, his final assignment before retiring from service in April 2026.

During his tenure at the Western Air Command, Mishra led one of the Indian Air Force's key operational commands and oversaw its responsibilities during Operation Sindoor.

In his new role, Mishra will be responsible for leading the administrative affairs of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and supporting the professional management of the Ram Mandir's operations.
