Earlier, as AGM at BEL’s Integrated Software Complex (ISCO), Tripathi contributed to IT initiatives aimed at the onboarding and early establishment of Gen Z employees. The integration of learning platforms such as Udemy and Coursera with BEL’s IT infrastructure helped strengthen the organisation’s digital learning ecosystem. He also spearheaded CSR initiatives worth more than Rs 15 crore aimed at regional and national priorities.
As Director (HR), Tripathi has outlined a vision to position the HR function as a strategic partner in BEL’s growth, with greater emphasis on talent development, innovation, employee excellence and technology-driven processes.
