DRDO hosts NETRA-2026 seminar on electronic warfare and mission-critical systems

New Delhi: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), in association with the Association of Old Crows (AoC), India Chapter, and industry partners, is hosting NETRA-2026, a national seminar focused on Electronic Warfare, Digital Twin and Mission Critical System Design.

The two-day seminar, being held on August 11-12, is followed by a hands-on workshop on August 13. The event has been inaugurated by DRDO's Director General (Electronics and Communication Systems) B K Das in the presence of Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) CMD Manoj Jain and Sunil Motawani of MathWorks.

NETRA-2026 has brought together more than 200 participants from the Armed Forces, DRDO, ISRO, industry and academia, providing a platform for experts and stakeholders to deliberate on emerging technologies and engineering approaches relevant to the future battlespace.

The seminar is focused on advancing discussions around electronic warfare, digital twin technologies and mission-critical system design, areas that are increasingly important for developing next-generation defence capabilities.
