Engineers India Ltd is now certified as "Great Place to Work"

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) has been Certified as "Great Place to Work" for the period of March 2023-March 2024 by Great Place to Work Institute.

Great Place to Work® certification is the most definitive employer of choice recognition that organisations aspire to achieve. The certification is recognised world over by employees and employers alike and is considered the gold standard in identifying and recognising great workplace cultures. Every year, more than 10,000 organisations across 60 countries apply to the get Great Place to Work – Certified TM. Participating organisations are assessed through two lenses – Trust Index© and Culture Audit©; and on meeting the qualifying criteria are certified as a Great Place to Work.

EIL has earned this certificate after a rigorous audit process which is an integral part of Great Place to Work® India assessment, in addition to the responses of the employees in the Trust Index Survey Objective Questionnaire. EIL achieved a remarkable response rate across all the divisions, departments and locations. The Culture Audit Responses, which were subjective in nature were also analysed for awarding the certificate. This certificate reinforces EIL’s unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of “Delivering Excellence through People.”
