HURL CMD honoured with Chanakya Award 2025 – CEO of the Year (Joint Ventures)

New Delhi/Goa: Dr. Siba Prasad Mohanty, Managing Director of Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) and Aatmanirbhar Fertiliser and Chemicals Corporation Limited (AVFCCL), has been conferred with the prestigious Chanakya Award 2025 – CEO of the Year (Joint Ventures) by the Public Relations Council of India (PRCI).

The honour was presented during the 19th Global Conclave of PRCI held in Goa, in the presence of His Excellency Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, the Governor of Goa, and Shripad Yesso Naik, Minister of State for Power and New & Renewable Energy, Government of India.

The award acknowledges Dr. Mohanty’s visionary leadership and his pivotal role in driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across the fertiliser sector. Under his stewardship, HURL and AVFCCL have made significant strides towards self-reliance and have reinforced the fertiliser industry’s contribution to India’s agricultural and economic growth.

This recognition marks a proud moment not only for Dr. Mohanty and his organisations but also for the entire fertiliser industry, which continues to play a vital role in supporting the nation’s developmental and food security objectives.
