Indian Oil organises painting competition at AIIMS to promote vigilance awareness

New Delhi: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) organised a painting competition at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, as part of its initiatives to spread vigilance awareness during Vigilance Awareness Week 2025.

The event was inaugurated by AIIMS, New Delhi Director Prof. (Dr.) M. Srinivas along with AIIMS's Registrar Dr Girija Prasad Rath; Indian Oil's Executive Director (Regional Services), Northern Region JK Rana; and Indian Oil's Chief General Manager (Vigilance), Northern Region Amit Srivastava. Senior officials from AIIMS and Indian Oil, along with a large number of students, also attended the event.

More than 130 MBBS and nursing students participated in the competition, creatively expressing the theme of vigilance through their artwork.

In his inaugural address, Dr. Srinivas commended Indian Oil for organising the event and expressed interest in hosting more such collaborative initiatives in the future. He emphasised that such programmes play a vital role in strengthening vigilance awareness and promoting transparency in society.

The event served not only as a platform to communicate the message of vigilance in an engaging and artistic way but also as a means to further strengthen the partnership between two premier national institutions — AIIMS and Indian Oil.
