The event was attended by chief guest Rajesh Verma, former Secretary of ABBFF, Chief Vigilance Officer Ajay Kumar Sahani and other senior officials. This year's theme is ‘Probity for Prosperity’.
Addressing the gathering, Mohanty said prosperity should be measured not only by growth and achievements but also by the values and ethical standards through which they are achieved.
He emphasised that as a dedicated green financing institution, IREDA manages public resources and must ensure that every decision is guided by integrity, transparency and sound financial judgement. He added that the agency's commitment to India's renewable energy goals must go hand in hand with the highest standards of ethical conduct.
An interactive session led by Verma was a key highlight of the inaugural programme.
