Power Grid certified as ‘Top Employer 2026’ by Netherlands-based institute

New Delhi: State-owned power transmission major Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) has been certified as a "Top Employer for 2026" by the globally renowned Top Employers Institute, Netherlands, following a rigorous survey and independent validation process.

The certification is the result of Power Grid’s sustained focus on building a progressive and employee-centric workplace, with strong emphasis on workforce development, digital interventions, and employee well-being. The recognition places Power Grid among leading organisations globally that demonstrate excellence in human resource practices and people management.

The Top Employer certification evaluates organisations across multiple HR domains, including talent strategy, learning and development, digital HR, diversity and inclusion, and work environment.

The certificate has been received by Power Grid's Director (Personnel) Dr Yatindra Dwivedi, along with Executive Director (HRD) B. K. Mundu, and Chief General Manager (HR) P. K. Harinarayanan on behalf of Power Grid in Singapore.
