New Delhi: State-run RINL organised a "Customer Meet" on Monday at Gurajada Kalakshetram in Ukkunagaram. The event witnessed the participation of approximately 100 customers from all corners of the country, including esteemed export customers. RINL, known for its extensive customer base operating across 23 branches throughout India, aimed to strengthen its relationships with customers and foster a shared growth trajectory through this meet, said a statement by the Ministry of Steel.
Addressing the gathering, Atul Bhatt, CMD RINL, emphasised the symbiotic relationship between RINL and its customers, stating that their fortunes are intertwined. He earnestly requested the customers to actively contribute to the company's growth path and assist in expanding RINL's market share. Highlighting the significance of the upcoming financial year, Bhatt announced that 2023-24 is poised to be a "Momentous Year" for RINL, as the plant gears up to significantly increase production starting from August 2023. He assured the attendees that RINL would meet their requirements effectively through enhanced production levels.
DK Mohanty, Director (Commercial), RINL, shared his views on the prevailing global and domestic market scenarios during his address. He reassured the customers that RINL has always been and will continue to safeguard their interests in the long run. Expressing gratitude for their unwavering loyalty, Mohanty commended the customers for their steadfast support of RINL and its products.
Following the speeches, the customers engaged in a productive interaction with senior RINL officials, who assured them of prompt resolutions to any marketing-related issues they might have encountered. Subsequently, a group of customers were given the opportunity to visit various production units of RINL as well as the Central Dispatch Yard of Marketing, providing them with firsthand insights into the company's operations.
The event witnessed the presence of Chief General Managers, senior officials of RINL, representatives from the Steel Executive Association, and various trade unions and associations, underscoring the collaborative spirit and shared commitment towards the steel industry's growth.
