The AGM spotlighted SCOPE’s significant strides in fostering impactful change and excellence within the public sector. A key highlight was the SCOPE Social Interaction Centre (SSIC), an initiative aimed at aligning the vision of PSEs with national progress. Discussions also focused on expanding SCOPE’s activities and enhancing its role as a vital conduit between policy frameworks and enterprise-level execution.

In his address, Gupta emphasized the pivotal role of PSEs in nation-building, while Sobti highlighted SCOPE’s contributions in areas such as climate change, leadership development, and capacity building. Both leaders reiterated the organisation’s vision of creating pathways for innovation and progress while strengthening collaborations at national and international levels.

SCOPE’s active engagement in global forums such as the International Labour Organization (ILO), International Organization of Employers (IOE), and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), alongside key national platforms including the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), was also a focal point. These participations aim to position Indian PSEs at par with global standards, further cementing their role in the country’s economic and social development.
