New Delhi: The Ministry of Power has curtailed the tenure of NHPC Ltd’s Director (Personnel) NK Jain ‘with immediate effect’ on Thursday, NHPC said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges. “… it is to inform that Ministry of Power vide its letter no. 9/2/2021-NHPC dated 02.12.2021 has conveyed the decision regarding curtailment of tenure of Shri Nikhil Kumar Jain (DIN 05332456), Director (Personnel) of NHPC Limited with immediate effect,” NHPC told the bourses.

“Accordingly, Shri Nikhil Kumar Jain (DIN 05332456) ceased to be director on the Board of NHPC Limited with immediate effect,” NHPC added.
