Govt invites job applications to hire Consultants for Officer of Sr. DDG, UP (West)

DoT Recruitment: Office of Senior DDG, UP (West) LSA has proposed to engage retired personnel on a short term contract basis as the Consultants for technical work, from the retired personnel from the Department of Telecommunications/Posts other Departments of Central or State Governments and BSNL/MTNL and other PSUs can apply for the job.

The candidates who have retired from the CDA scale with a substantive grade of Level 7/Level 8 of the 7th CPC OR equivalent in the IDA scale. The retirees under the VRS scheme who have been paid ex-gratia for the remaining period of service need not to apply.

Age limit: Candidates applying for these vacancies should not be older than 64 years on the last date of receiving the application.

Period of engagement: The engagement would be initially for a period of 6 months which, based on his/her performance, can further be extended up-to maximum 6 terms of 6 months each or 65 years of age whichever is earlier.

Work profile: Controlling officers will assign the duties to the Consultants in assisting to perform functions/activities/works in any or all the following verticals of the office of Sr DDG, UP (West) LSA, Meerut.
