New Delhi: HPCL’s Director (Finance) R Kesavan has been conferred the prestigious “CA CFO – Large Corporate: Manufacturing & Infrastructure” award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

The award is in recognition of the exemplary contribution and relentless pursuit of excellence by HPCL’s Director (Finance) in the areas of accounting, auditing, treasury, taxation, strategy, risk management, customer focus, financial controls and creating value to the stakeholders on a sustainable basis.

Receiving the award from Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Nitin Gadkari, Kesavan conveyed his gratitude to Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), Functional Directors and team HPCL for their support and co-operation.

ICAI is India’s premier accounting and auditing body and ‘CA CFO Award’ is one of the most coveted awards aspired by CFO’s in the industry. In the rigorous selection criteria, built-in by the Institute in choosing the winners, the Jury panel under the Chairmanship of Jindal Group’s CMD Sajjan Jindal had intensive deliberations in selecting the awardee.
