ITI Limited invites job applications for Director (Marketing)

ITI Limited recruitment 2020: ITI Limited, a Miniratna PSU under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), has released a job notification through PESB portal, for the post of Director (Marketing). Eligible candidates can apply before March 9. The post is vacant since October 14, 2019.

Director (Marketing) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He/She heads the Marketing Division of the company. He is primarily responsible for marketing operations of the company, including the formulation and implementation of marketing policies keeping in view the company’s profitability and objectives.

Age Limit: Minimum age limit 40 years and age of superannuation 60 years

Employment status

The applicant must, on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, be employed in a regular capacity – and not in a contractual/ad-hoc capacity – in one of the followings:-

(a) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a full-time functional Director in the Board of a CPSE);

(b) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;

(c) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the annual turnover is *Rs 1,500 crore or (d) The private sector in a company where the annual turnover is *Rs 1,500 crore or more. Preference would be given to candidates from listed companies.

(*The average audited annual turnover of three financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised shall be considered for applying the approved limits)


The applicant should be a graduate from a recognised university with a good academic record. Applicants with MBA or PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.


The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative marketing experience during the last ten years in an organisation of repute. Experience in Telecom sector is desirable. Click here to more about the job.
