New Delhi: Dillip Kumar Patel is set to be NTPC's new Director (HR). Patel's name has been recommended by a Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) panel on Wednesday. He is currently serving as General Manager (HR) in the same organisation.
Patel has been selected for the position from a list of the nine candidates. A total of six candidates who were in the fray were from NTPC Limited. Others were from NLC India Limited, Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Indian Oil. Over the course of his career, Patel has served as Assistant General Manager (HR) and then General Manager at Sipat Thermal Power Station at Bilaspur, Chattisgarh.
