New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday virtually inaugurated BEL's Mini Smart Colony at BEL-Bangalore Complex, Jalahalli in Bangalore in the presence of BEL's Director (Finance) Dinesh Kumar Batra and Chief Vigilance Officer Shrikant Walgad (IAS). The project has been completed under the guidance of BEL's Chairperson & Managing Director (CMD) Anandi Ramalingam and BEL's Director (Bangalore Complex) Vinay Kumar Katyal.

This is part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations being coordinated by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) in association with the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) as part of the overall campaign of the Ministry of Finance.
