Manoj Pandey (IRS) is the new Director General & CEO of IICA

New Delhi:  Manoj Pandey (IRS) has been appointed as Director General & CEO (DG & CEO) of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), a civil service training institute under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). He has been given the additional charge of the post. With his new responsibility, Pandey has replaced Dr Sameer Sharma (IAS). Currently, Pandey is serving as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Pandey is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of 1992-batch. He has been serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs since August 1, 2019.

Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA)

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is a civil service training institute under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the Indian Corporate Law Service cadre. It is responsible for handling and dealing with various subjects, matters and affairs in the arena and spectrum of corporate affairs regulation, governance and policy. It was established in 2008 at Manesar, Haryana.

It is the sole institution in the country that has been authorised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to run its flagship Graduate Insolvency Program.
