Educational Qualifications and Experience

Deputy Manager (Quality Management): 60 percent marks in Bachelor of Engineering (BE)/ B.Tech in Metallurgical/ Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum of four years of post-qualification experience. or 60 percent marks in ME / M.Tech in Metallurgical/ Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience.

Manager (Process Control): 60 percent marks in BE/B Tech in Metallurgical Engineering with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in process control in a Steel/ Alloy manufacturing industry.

Manager (Quality Management): 60 percent marks in BE/ B Tech in Metallurgical/ Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience. or 60 percent marks in ME / M.Tech in Metallurgical/ Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience.

Manager (Purchase) Qualification & Experience: 50 percent marks in Graduation in Engineering or Technology and MBA preferably in Materials Management / PG Diploma in Materials Management with a minimum of 7 yrs post qualification experience in the relevant area. Degree in Law preferred.

Senior Manager (Mechanical Maintenance): 60 percent marks in BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in mechanical maintenance of hot rolling mills/ machine tools.

Sr. Manager (Electrical Maintenance) 50% marks in BE / B.Tech in Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering with minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical maintenance of hot rolling mills/ cold rolling mills.

Senior Manager (Purchase) Degree in Engineering / Technology with a minimum of 50 percent marks and MBA with specialization in Materials Management/ Production Management/ Operation Management/ Supply Chain Management from a recognised institution/ university or PG diploma (Materials Management). Preferable degree in Law along with a minimum experience of 10 years after graduation of which; -Minimum 4 yrs in Materials Management or Purchase; and -Minimum 2 yrs in Material Management or Purchase after MBA/ PG Diploma Preferable: Experience in ERP System

Deputy General Manager (Rolling Mills): 50 percent marks in BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates should have relevant production experience in Hot Rolling of products in Sheet/ Strips/ Bar & Rod Mills.

Deputy General Manager (Refractory Maintenance) 50 percent marks in BE / B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates should have experience of working in the refractory area in manufacturing/ steel plant.

Deputy General Manager (Maintenance): 60 percent marks in BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in mechanical maintenance in Forge shop/ Hot rolling mills.

Office Attendant (WG-0): 7th class pass with minimum of 4 years of industrial experience.

Turner (WG-3): SSC + ITI (Turner) with NAC with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in turning operations/ works on lathe machines.

Junior Assistant (WG-4): Graduation (except professional courses like Engineering/ Technology/ Medicine) with certificate course in PC Operation from reputed/ recognised institution (or) degree having PC operation as one of the subjects is essential. Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant area. Pass in typewriting higher (English/Hindi) is preferable.

Lab Technician (WG-5): 60 percent marks in B Sc (Chemistry/Physics) or 60 percent marks in Diploma in Engineering (Metallurgy) with a minimum of three years relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience on Spectrometric or Gravimetric analysis of various ferrous/ non-ferrous materials. Experience in intergranular corrosion testing in various practices is desirable.
