New Delhi: The 6th Customers' Meet of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) was held on December 9 at Guwahati and witnessed a large footfall of NRL customers from all across the country as well from the neighbouring country of Bangladesh.

NRL's Chief General Manager (Marketing) Subrata Das welcomed the gathering and shared highlights of NRL's marketing performance in the past year. NRL's Managing Director (MD) thanked the customers for being NRL's business partners at every step of its journey in the truest sense and shared the way forward for NRL as it embarks on a massive growth and expansion drive. NRL Director (Technical) BJ Phukan while addressing the customers shared information on the enhanced product slate post refinery expansion and the avenues it would open for NRL customers.

The NRL corporate film and an AV on Pristene- NRL's brand of food-grade Paraffin Wax launched during April 2019 was played on the occasion. This was followed by an open house where Customers' shared their feedback and suggestions on ways to enhance the customer experience.

The main highlight of the event was the launching of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal designed and supplied by Zoho. The portal shall help NRL to build seamless relationships with its customers through better delivery of services. The main highlights of the ZOHO CRM are its capability of integrating with SAP and WhatsApp, end to end automatic data flow, 360-degree customer view, contract management and seamless customer communication, real-time data flow and auto-notifications to the customers, cloud-based access from anywhere in the world, customised dashboard and decision making leading to cost and time savings.

During the Meet, NRL also rewarded the highest buyers of three products viz high-speed diesel to ONGC Ltd; Paraffin wax to Nitin Kumar Goel, New Delhi and Mineral Turpentine OIL to SK Enterprise.
