New Delhi: HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) celebrated its foundation day on July 15 (Wednesday) across the country at various offices and locations to cherish the corporation's distinguished performance over the years. On the occasion, the Foundation Day pledge was administered to the employees at various offices and locations following mandatory guidelines and social distancing norms.
This year, the occasion has got more significance, as we have been recognized as a Maharatna, overcoming various challenges as a corporation.
HPCL's Chairman & Managing Director (C&MD) M K Surana and Director (HR) Pushp Kumar Joshi administered Foundation Day pledge, in presence of HPCL's Director (Refineries) Director (Finance) and Director (Marketing) to the employees online through webcast for continual commitment towards the growth of the corporation. Subsequently, CMD addressed the employees highlighting past performance and outlook for the future. He congratulated all the employees and various stakeholders for their dedication and commitment to ensure that HPCL achieved outstanding results.
He specifically thanked all the employees, dealers, distributors and their staff for going beyond the call of the duty to serve the nation through all possible means during these unprecedented times of Covid-19 pandemic.
