Rohit Kumar Agrawala appointed as Director (Finance) in CPCL

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Rohit Kumar Agrawala for the post of Director (Finance) in Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL). According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Agrawala has been appointed to the post for a period of five years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post on or after March 1, 2023, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Presently, he is serving as Chief General Manager in Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).

Agrawala was recommended for the post of Director (Finance) of CPCL by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel in October 2022. He was among six candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel for the post.
