NBCC Limited signs an MoU with OTPCL

NBCC Limited has signed an MoU with OTPCL to carry out the construction and development works for 3x800 MW thermal power plant of OTPCL

New Delhi: State-run NBCC Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoU) with Odisha Thermal Power Corporation Limited (OTPCL) on December 11 in New Delhi. Under this MoU, NBCC Limited will carry out the construction and development works for 3×800 MW thermal power plant of OTPCL, valuing approximately Rs 200 crore.

The MoU was signed by the NBCC Limited's Director (Projects) Neelesh Shah and OTPCL's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Bhavani Panda in the presence of Bishnupada Sethi (IAS) Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Energy Department Government of Odisha and NBCC Limited's CMD PK Gupta.
