New Delhi: NBCC Services Limited (NSL), a subsidiary company of NBCC (India) Limited, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with its parent company NBCC (India) Limited for the financial year 2020-21 on August 31. The MoU has been signed by NBCC’s Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) PK Gupta and NSL’s Chairman & NBCC’s Director (Projects) Neelesh Shah on behalf of NBCC and NSL respectably. BK Sokhey, Director (Finance) NBCC, CEO & CFO NSL were also present on the occasion. The MoU contained business targets of NSL on various parameters for the FY2020-21.

The maintenance projects earlier being handled by NBCC, have now become the responsibility of NSL.
