Board of RVNL declares interim dividend

New Delhi: State-owned Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) said in a regulatory filing that "the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on Friday has approved an Interim Dividend of Rs 1.77 per equity share of Rs 10 each (i.e., 17.7 percent) for the financial year 2022-23."

The filing also that the dividend will be paid on or before April 22. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the interim dividend is April 6, it said.
