New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) executed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with KIIFCON Pvt. Ltd. (KIIFCON), a consultancy organisation under the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) to jointly explore, identify, secure, and execute consultancy projects.

Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) is the principal funding arm of Government of Kerala and aims to channelize fund for critical and large public infrastructure projects in Kerala.

The MoU has been signed by EIL's Director (Commercial) Atul Gupta and KIIFCON's Director (Projects & Engineering) S J Vijayadas in the august presence of EIL's C&MD Vartika Shukla, KIIFCON's Chairman Dr K M Abraham and KIIFCON's Chief Executive Officer Satyajeet Rajan.

As a part of MoU, EIL and KIIFCON shall work as partners in projects for providing consultancy services for development and implementation of infrastructure projects in various identified fields including roads, highways, expressways, bridges, underpass & flyovers, urban transport, ports & waterways, energy & hydropower, airports, urban/industrial planning, sustainability, building Projects, ropeways, railway infrastructure, water sector, waste water management, data centre, institutional complexes, green buildings etc. for domestic and international projects.

“The association of EIL and KIIFCON shall be helpful in identifying infrastructure development needs in key sectors of the state economy that can be implemented leveraging EIL’s vast experience in development of energy efficient infrastructure facilities ranging from educational buildings, technological parks, Data centres to Railways and state-of-the-art Airports”, EIL CMD Vartika Shukla expressed on the sideline of execution of the MoU between EIL and KIIFCON.
