The agreement, formalised on April 25, marks a strategic partnership between the two entities to jointly plan and execute public infrastructure projects across the state. The MoU was signed by EPI's Executive Director Biswajit Biswas and RFSDL's Executive Director (Admin) Manish Mathur in the presence of senior officials from both organisations, including EPI's General Manager Abdul Aleem and RFSDL's Advisor (Finance) Vimal Kumar Gupta.

As per the agreement, EPI will provide its technical know-how and project management capabilities to support RFSDL in implementing infrastructure initiatives in the state. The partnership is expected to play a key role in strengthening Rajasthan’s public infrastructure, particularly in sectors such as roads, buildings, water supply, industrial facilities, and power.

RFSDL, which offers consultancy services to various state departments and PSUs in Rajasthan, is tasked with facilitating the rapid and orderly development of infrastructure facilities. With EPI’s extensive experience in executing turnkey projects across India and abroad, the collaboration is poised to significantly enhance the quality and pace of development in the state.
