Indian Overseas Bank fixes record date for payment of interest on Tier 2 bonds

New Delhi: State-owned Indian Overseas Bank said in a regulatory filing that the coupon payment on Basel lll Tier ll Bonds - Series lV is due on March 31 and will be paid on the same date.

Additionally, the filing said, the rate of coupon is 8.6 percent.
