LIC increases its shareholding in L&T Technology Services Ltd

New Delhi: State-owned Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) informed exchanges on Monday that "the corporation’s shareholding in L&T Technology Services Ltd has increased from 52,68,029 to 52,89,396 equity shares, increasing its shareholding from 4.988 percent to 5.008 percent of the paid-up capital of the said company."

The filing also noted that the market capitalisation of L&T Technology Services Limited stands at Rs 35,843.93 crores. As per the filing, the holding has crossed five percent as on April 21. Further, it noted that the acquisition of shares were done during the period from October 20, 2021 to April 21, 2023 at an average cost of Rs 4,140.67.
