New Delhi: Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, M. Nagaraju (IAS) has launched MyLIC and Super Sales Saathi, two new mobile applications of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), aimed at strengthening digital service delivery and enhancing operational efficiency.

The launching ceremony took place in the presence of LIC CEO & MD R. Doraiswamy, along with Managing Directors Dinesh Pant, Ratnakar Patnaik and R. Chander, and other senior officials in Mumbai.

The MyLIC app offers a comprehensive digital interface for policyholders, enabling services such as policy management, premium payments, claims support, paperless loans, policy updates, and online purchase of insurance products. It is designed to provide a seamless, paperless and customer-centric experience.

The Super Sales Saathi app, on the other hand, is aimed at LIC’s intermediaries and field force, equipping them with digital sales tools, real-time policy tracking, performance dashboards, automated reminders, and AI-driven insights to improve customer engagement and service delivery.

Both applications are powered by LIC’s Digital Innovation & Value Enhancement (DIVE) platform, which seeks to provide an integrated, secure and scalable digital ecosystem for customers, intermediaries and employees.
