In another significant milestone, MCL achieved a 22 percent growth in overburden removal (OBR), reaching 338 million cubic meters (MCuM) compared to the previous fiscal. This increase in OBR is expected to further boost the company’s coal production capabilities in the coming years.
Expressing his appreciation for the workforce, MCL’s Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) Uday A Kaole, congratulated the officers, staff, employees of contracted firms, and all stakeholders for their collective contribution towards these achievements.
Beyond its operational success, MCL continues to uphold its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
