New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has secured a fresh work order worth approximately Rs 102.97 crore from the Lokpal of India for undertaking extensive infrastructure development and retrofitting works.
According to a regulatory filing by the company on Tuesday, the agreement was formalized on August 1, 2025. This new contract supersedes a previous order worth Rs 25.38 crore issued on January 5, 2024, which was revised due to technical reasons.
As per the terms of the fresh agreement, NBCC will execute repairing, retrofitting, interior fit-out works, and upgradation of building infrastructure and related services for the office space of the Lokpal of India, located at Vasant Kunj Institutional Area, Phase-II, New Delhi.
The scope of the project falls under NBCC’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services and is considered part of the company’s normal course of business. The order was awarded by a domestic entity, and no related party interest has been reported in the transaction.
NBCC continues to be a key player in India’s infrastructure development space, especially in delivering government and institutional projects. This new contract reinforces the company's position as a trusted executing agency for critical government infrastructure assignments.
