NBCC secures Rs 2,966 crore PMC contract from NMRDA

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited has announced that it has secured a significant work order worth approximately Rs 2,966.10 crore in the ordinary course of business. The contract has been awarded by the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA).

According to the company’s filing, the order pertains to the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the Development of Naveen Nagpur – Phase 1. The assignment includes overseeing and managing various aspects of the development project, aligning with NBCC’s expertise in handling large-scale, government-backed infrastructure initiatives.

The project, entirely domestic in nature, reinforces NBCC’s strong presence in India's urban infrastructure and development sector. While the company has not disclosed the specific execution timeline, it confirmed that the awarded work forms part of its regular business operations.

NBCC also stated that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings, and neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the awarding authority.
