NBCC secures Rs 3,700 crore order from Rajasthan govt for 95-acre mixed-use project

New Delhi: State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Limited has bagged a contract worth around Rs 3,700 crore from the Rajasthan government to develop and market a 95-acre mixed-use project in Jaipur.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has been appointed as the lead agency to design, construct, and market the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, IT Tower, luxury hotels, and new commercial and residential facilities on land owned by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO). The site is located along the B2 Bypass, Tonk Road.

The Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, with a seating capacity of 7,500, will be developed on about 25 acres within the project site. The overall estimated investment for the project is pegged at Rs 3,700 crore.

NBCC, which operates in project management consultancy and real estate, said the order marks a significant addition to its project pipeline and reinforces its position as a trusted partner for large-scale state-backed developments.
