NBCC secures work orders worth Rs 271.32 crore
New Delhi: State-owned NBCC (India) Limited has received multiple work orders aggregating Rs 271.32 crore (excluding GST). This information has been shared by the Navratna company to the stock exchanges on Tuesday.

The orders include Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments for construction of several institutional and infrastructure projects across the country. A significant portion of the order value pertains to the construction of the Namami Ganga Aquarium-cum-Discovery Learning Centre at Pashulok, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, awarded by the Department of Fisheries, Uttarakhand, with an approximate value of Rs 232.13 crore.
In addition, NBCC has been awarded PMC works by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for construction of Chapter Buildings at Chandigarh (Rs 1.34 crore), Ranchi (Rs 1.85 crore) and Baroda (Rs 5.94 crore), along with a Headquarters Building at Lodhi Road, New Delhi (Rs 26.06 crore) and a Centre of Excellence (COE) Building at Jaipur (Rs 4 crore).
All the projects have been awarded by domestic entities and do not fall under related-party transactions, the company said. The execution timelines for the projects will be as per the terms and conditions of the respective contracts.
